pdating Policies (its HR’s job to make good strategies and new official policies plus update on time to time for company and employees betterment.)
Employee records (HR should do all the legal perimeter also contains personal details and emergency contacts for each employee and maintain the employee records.)
Training & Development (HR should have knowledge and skills to make PPT’s and conduct the training programs to develop employee’s skills.)
Maintain company culture & Discipline (Good in monitoring and focus on positive work environment.)
Problem Solver ( Good in communication, honest, handle the situation, good cousellor
DATA ANALYSIS (HR should have ability to use computer software word, excel (ADP, or SAP to manage employee DATA and analysis.)
Performance Appraisals + Promotions ( HR make sure that staff get paid correctly on time and time to time appraisal and promotions.)
