JOB DETAILS
Negotiate yearly contract rates with key suppliers (hotels, transportation, etc.)
Update information about price, promotions, conditions from suppliers to related departments
Handle daily sales requests
Support Sales department to help improve conversion rate of proposal confirmation, and improve
Easia Travel’s competitiveness
Cooperate with Contracting Manager, Production, Sales, Operation and Reservation
departments to evaluate quality of suppliers and adjust contracting strategy accordingly
Analyse market trends (in relation with related departments) to expand database of
hotels/suppliers accordingly
Support Contracting Manager on Contracting Strategy plan and implementation
Participate actively in local networking
Report to Contracting Manager
Skills&Experience
3-5 years of experience as a MICE/Holidays or in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and services
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong dedication to customer service
Efficient multitasking and prioritization abilities
Keen attention to detail and accuracy
Effective problem-solving aptitude
Flexibility and adaptability to cater to changing travel needs and client preferences
Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Roles And Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to meticulously plan and book travel arrangements, covering flights,
accommodations, transportation, and tours
Offer expert advice and recommendations on travel options, destinations, and activities,
aligning with client preferences and budget
Conduct comprehensive research on travel-related aspects, including visa requirements,
restrictions, and health and safety guidelines
Craft detailed, customized travel itineraries to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for
clients
Manage the end-to-end booking and reservation processes, encompassing ticketing, hotel
reservations, car rentals, and travel insurance
Liaise effectively with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to guarantee smooth logistics and
promptly address any arising issues or concerns
Stay abreast of industry trends, travel regulations, and emerging destinations to provide
accurate and relevant information to clients
Solicit and utilize customer feedback and reviews to continuously enhance service quality
Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to optimize
overall business efficiency
Strive to meet or exceed sales targets, actively contributing to the overall growth and success of
the company
