JOB DETAILS             
We are looking to hire a candidate for the position of Sales & Business Development. Just to give you a short brief of our company for your better understanding: We are an audio visual equipment rental company and provide equipment rental services for events such as: Live Concerts, Private Parties, Product Launches, Weddings etc and we specialise in complete audio, video and lighting. We are looking for a candidate who comes from a similar background and has atleast 3-5 years and is familiar with the market  and has the sense of working dynamics in this AV industry. We are also open to candidates from events management background with 2-3 years of experience who are young, energetic, excellent communication skills, smart & presentable, has the urge to learn new things etc. and are well versed with indian events market (market that caters to destination events)In terms of remuneration for this position, we can offer the salary depending on the candidate's profile  and agree only after candidate is shortlisted and plus there will be a fixed commission percentage on every sale and other benefits will be there such as telephone and sim-card + medical insurance + annual air ticket to & fro and car allowance.
