JOB DETAILS
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing & business development strategies aligned with company's overall goals & objectives. Monitor sales & focus on market expansion, explore new markets and geographical areas for business expansion
Business Partnership: Develop and drive business growth to expand the company's reach
Lead Conversion strategies to expand customer base to achieve revenue targets for the company
Give costing to buyers and convert leads to orders and give timely status updates to customers till the shipment is delivered on time & payment is collected
Client Relationship Management: By building strong relationships with the client,
Plan & execute various Marketing Campaigns across various channels (digital, events etc.)
Team Leadership by setting goals & guiding them right to take necessary actions for lead conversion
Adhering to systems and processes implemented from time to time.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduation or Post Graduation from a reputed college
Prior Sales & marketing experience within the garment industry
Excellent Communication & team leading skills
Prior experience handling a team is a plus
Open to Learning
Accountability & ownership skills
