JOB DETAILS             
Communication & coordination with different departments including design, production, sourcing, ERP, quality control to facilitate smooth workflow as per instruction from superior
Assisting Management & Sr. Merchandiser in their day-to-day work activities
Order management: Work closely with suppliers & manufacturers to expedite order related process as per instruction from Sr. merchandiser
Order conversion: Speaking to the leads given and convert them to orders & provide costing to buyers ; handle sampling & orders as advised by Management
Timely management to ensure on time delivery of shipments by providing full assistance to Merchandisers/Senior merchandisers of uniform orders & proactively identify and address potential delays in shipment / production process / sourcing team.
Handle tasks handed over by management on timely and proactive basis
Adhering to systems and processes implemented from time to time.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fashion, or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar role within the garment industry
Strong organizational, documentation & communication skills
Detail oriented with emphasis on quality control
