JOB DETAILS             
Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: · Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. 2. Customer Relationship Management: · Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive paint shops, distributors, and endusers in the assigned territory. · Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and service. 3. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: · Promote and sell Kovax Abrasives products to achieve sales targets. · Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers. 4. Market Analysis: · Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and ensure market penetration. 5. Collaboration: · Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to address customer requirements and align on sales strategies. 6. Sales Reporting: · Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the reporting head, detailing sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
