Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share goals. 
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential challenges. 
Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. 

Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. 
Build a high-performing sales team through recruitment, training, and performance management. 
Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales department. 

Customer Relationship Management
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. 
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base. 
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 

Product Knowledge
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of fruit pulp products, market specifications, and industry standards. 
Stay informed about competitor products and market trends to maintain a competitive edge. 
Provide product training and updates to the sales team. 

Sales Forecasting and Reporting
Develop accurate sales forecasts and monitor sales performance against targets. 
Prepare regular reports on sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities. 
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 

Contract Negotiation and Pricing
Lead contract negotiation processes with clients and distributors. 
Establish pricing strategies based on market conditions, production costs, and profitability goals. 
Ensure adherence to pricing policies and terms. 

Collaboration with Other Departments
Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality control departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment. 
Work closely with marketing to develop promotional strategies and materials. 
Provide insights to senior management for product development and improvement. 

Compliance and Ethics
