Business Development
Identify and generate new business leads and opportunities in North.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat
business.
Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering
tailored solutions.
Market Analysis
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and
opportunities.
Gather and analyze feedback from clients to improve product offerings and services.
Sales & Reporting
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Mumbai head office.
Travel & Coordination
Travel extensively within North to meet clients and close deals.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably
in the pigment and dyes or allied industries.
Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Independent contributor role.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Requirements
Willingness to travel extensively (20+ days per month) within North.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
