Lead by example by providing outstanding customer service and fostering

 Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, increase

 Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales associates, ensuring they are
 equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver exceptional
 service and drive sales performance.
 Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork,

 members.
 Monitor and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to
 identify opportunities for business growth and optimize product
 assortment and pricing strategies.
 Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management,
 merchandising, visual presentation, and store maintenance, to ensure
 compliance with company policies and standards.
 Implement effective sales techniques and promotional initiatives to drive
